Who is the course for?

  • Be more prepared for labour, birth, any interventions and recovery.
  • Know what to include in your birth plan and hospital bag.
  • Be better prepared for looking after a baby - from essential items, changing and feeding to knowing what to do if baby is unwell.
  • Have an understanding of how having a baby can affect your relationships, mental health and well being and how you can be supported through this.
